aliensdontringdoorbells were back to book me for my latest photography assignment. Despite the band being spread out all around the globe, they wanted me to photograph their new album and CD.
Unlike most jobs, travel restrictions and lockdowns meant the band couldn’t just meet me in the studio. Instead, they shipped the album & CD half way round the world to me, and we were good to go.
The gatefold album includes a full songbook, and some very cool ‘alien green’ vinyl the guys wanted to feature prominently. I also thought it would be a great idea to play around with some more creative shots for them to use in promotion.
Grabbing suitable ‘props’ from my amazing wife’s collection, I went to work!
